|Description= When the game attempts to blur an individual character or object it instead blurs the whole screen.
|Workaround=Tick "Enable HW hacks" go to "Advanced settings and hacks" and tick "Disable Safe Features" & "Disable Depth Emulation."  This has the downside of removing that specific effect, but the cutscenes won't be blurry. If you'd prefer having that effect intact you'll have to make do with the Software renderer for now.
