|Comments= Playing on a Low end notebook.  Cut-Scenes and Gameplay in gerenal are capped at 60 FPs. Menus are shaking a little bit but nothing besides that.
This one got me frustrated. It was difficult to set the right configurations to make it work smoothly.I got 60 fps after a long time messing with the settings. The camera rotation was the last issue because the frame rate was dropping so hard every time I needed to use it. Finally the result is a consistent 60 fps with a sightly frame rate drop from time to time depending on the vfx showing on the screen.  Most of time Unnoticeable.
*NOTE*
Playing with 2 players doesn't impact in the performance at all.
