There are still some other texture issues occurring during gameplay though such as tires showing up in bright white and some random flickering textures on the cars/distant objects. Europe v02.20(10/02/2006), INTC Spin Detection, Wait for Loop, mVU Flag Hack, MTVU Multi Threaded microVU1, EE Cyclerate 2, VU Cycle Stealing 1, Game plays fine on every track. Smooth gameplay, with minor FPS drops, that could occur. For full speed use 60FPS for PAL system in GS settings (hack it via ini file). HOWEVER, it plays correctly (with visible menus) only in software mode, which still makes it playable. | |

Menus have been fixed and now show up properly in Hardware mode. There are still some other texture issues occurring during gameplay though such as tires showing up in bright white and some random flickering textures on the cars/distant objects. This game is still as demanding as it ever was. Both EE and GS are taking quite a hit during the more crowded parts of the game, and even with my current hardware I did notice some dips here and there during those parts. Overall it's definitely playable now at least, but quite a demanding game. | Ryudo |
