|Workaround=A CRC Hack has been added to recent 1.5.0-dev builds to resolve the issue. To enable it go to Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings, set the Renderer to "OpenGL (Hardware)", make sure Blending Unit Accuracy is set to "Basic" or higher, and that CRC Hack Level is set to "Minimum" or higher. For older versions click "Enable HW Hacks", go to Configure Hacks and set skipdraw to '5' in order to remove the shadows.

|Workaround=Go to Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings, and set mipmapping to at least "Basic".
Note: this will cause for other textures to be Broken at a distance.
For a full solution switch to Software mode by setting Renderer to any of the "(Software)" options.
Alternatively use software mode.
