|IssueName=Intro logos changing sizes or thin lines in certain textures or logos

|Description=The beginning logos can change scale or have thin lines during up-scaling signifying the texture is either overlapping or is "tiling." Is do to possible limitation of emulator or possible rounding in coding that would have otherwise gotten by in native resolution. Could also split the pause menu on larger up-scaling.
|Workaround=Using native multiplications (as this game does not like being widescreen) enabling TC Offset Hacks can both make certain textures clearer and move them into a more (not 100 percent accurate) position. Using 2x native, both TC offsets will need to be set to 25, adding 25 to both Each multiplication. Anybody using custom will either need to do the math or just try setting both TC Offsets to numbers in between 0 and 250. Both should scale with from the native Resolution.
