|Comments=Runs at full speed on Software mode, but has severe framerate drops when the player is hit by a spell or when certain spells with a high polygon count are used. Hardware mode lags badly on menus, but during gameplay runs at around 50 FPS and has much less severe framerate drops. The Japanese version of the game often has lower framerates due to the comic book-style cutouts that appear on the screen during battle (A feature exclusive to the Japanese version). On Hardware mode, certain spells have a glowing effect that normally can't be seen on Software mode nor when played on the console. Despite lagging problems, both the U.S. and Japanese games run near perfectly.
