:Well then, physical discs are the most trustworthy source (unlike the Internet which is prone to drag the same errors through various places). You can add it yourself of course, the only trick with OPS2M here (OPM2 in your case, the name varied) is that I tried to combine similar issues in one page. For instance, [[Official PlayStation 2 Magazine Demo 24|this article]] has two different discs (issued in different time) but content-wise they are pretty similar.
