High GPU usage

Wasn't this fixed already? I mean... last time I played it, it was before CRC hacks were even implemented. Even with my older rig (before the one posted in my testcase), it still had a stable frame rate. This was also before the whole 'CRC Hack Level' was an option in GSdx. The performance issues in Hardware mode could easily be from an older version before the 1.0.0 versions even. -- Ryudo (talk) 12:49, 12 January 2017 (UTC)
