:Your CPU has an STR of 1506 (http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?id=1780); seeing as how my i5-4670K which has an STR of 2200+ doesn't get this game running constantly at full speed (what PCSX2 calls 60 "FPS") without heavy cycle hacks, I seriously doubt your CPU can do it without cranking up the cycle hacks, which is NOT ideal. | ||
:I agree that the whole "AMD sucks for emulation, get Intel" is pretty silly, but there's no denying Intel CPUs have higher IPC performance than AMD CPUs. Until we find a better way to easily communicate to users that they need a higher-performing CPU to play this game, let's leave it. -Karasuhebi (talk) 17:08, 4 September 2015 (BST) | :I agree that the whole "AMD sucks for emulation, get Intel" is pretty silly, but there's no denying Intel CPUs have higher IPC performance than AMD CPUs. :: Ok, but it doesn't say in the article that it's 60fps without using cycle hacking. It recommends using VU cycle hack level 2 or 3. EddieHimself (talk) 19:44, 14 April 2016 (BST) |
