Well! I dont know what happened but when I first tested this issue it was not appearing. I just came back to Aquatos after putting in about 10 more hours, pressed start and all the textures disappeared. So this issue is definitely still around, Im not sure why I couldnt replicate it earlier. Disabling partial invalidation fixes it completely though.

Game desyncs audio on a few cutscenes due to slowdown. Use both fixes listed on the page to fix graphical issues. Solid background menus are fine, since other than that and some minor lighting glitches, the game looks great.
