|Comments=Europe v02.00(14/06/2004), Recommended + MTVU, Automatic Game Fixes, Like stated above, you need set skipdraw to 1, otherwise you'll get 5-10 FPS in-game and the whole system will lag. Enabling 8-bit textures increases speed by 5 FPS. With it and recommended speedhacks I get 40-50 FPS in-game. The only way to get constant full speed is to crank up VU Cycle Stealing to the max but this will cause slight sound crackling., Some special effects appear incorrectly. Traditionally, motion blur is too strong.
