|Comments= EE/VU settings are default, Hardware mode runs very well and able to run full 59.94 FPS, expect some hiccups especially during pursuit session when police cars are swarming by. Software mode are untested yet. MTVU hack settings must be turned on, no need to adjust EE Cycle Rate & EE Cycle skipping. Minimum CPU with 4 cores and have AVX2 instruction feature required.
