Dialogue freeze

Description: Randomly after you press "skip" in an FMV or after loading, the character doesn't talk and the game gets stuck in a loop showing the following error code: "[sceSkSsTerminateSTRADPCM] ERROR :: 対象のADPCMストリームチャンネルがプリロードされていない". You can use all buttons which are allowed in the sequence except the "Skip" button.
Workaround: There's no known workaround. Using a savestate can help if you want to avoid restarting the game.
