- Tokyo, as a new city, which is a slightly updated version of the Tokyo city from Midnight Club II
- More licensed music
- More races and battle maps
- Players are able to make their own races in all cities, including Tokyo
- Save data from Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition can be imported so a game restart will not be required.

EE/VU Rounding: Chop/Zero, Game at steady 40-60 FPS, 60 FPS in menus and paused and 40-55 during racing, steady 40-45 in the garage., Some graphical errors, such as the letters being invisible on the profile creation screen and graphical mish-mash appearing if you turn the things in the garage too fast. |

Graphic bugs in DX11 (Hardware)

- Type: Minor
- Description: While using DX11 (Hardware) mode, there will be a medium-sized line that changes as the user increase his driving speed. Likewise, when using OpenGL (Hardware) mode, it will increase to the point where it will cover the left half of the screen.
