Europe v02.20(10/02/2006), INTC Spin Detection, Wait for Loop, mVU Flag Hack, MTVU Multi Threaded microVU1, EE Cyclerate 2, VU Cycle Stealing 1, Game plays fine on every track. Smooth gameplay, with minor FPS drops, that could occur. For full speed use 60FPS for PAL system in GS settings (hack it via ini file). HOWEVER, it plays correctly (with visible menus) only in software mode, which still makes it playable. I have sucessfully managed to unlock all characters, tracks and modifications for some vehicles. Game is fun, and I'd say it's one of "worth giving a a shot" title. I had some problems with it earlier, it never ran in software, nor hardware, but it finally runs fine, and it's finishable. I've set settings for emulator before i started Career in game, and finished it two days later, without changing any options. This version plays very similar to NTSC one that has been updated here over two months ago (I do have it too with exact region code)., White wheels on cars when set VU on Chop. When set VU on Closest, all rotating objects in game (like wheels on cars) seem to change size from smaller to bigger. | |

BIOS: USA 2.30, Game runs ok, but is pretty laggy even with my specs. There's a pretty serious issue with graphics in Hardware Mode, so it's recommended to play this in Software Mode instead. (See Known Issues) | Ryudo |
Known Issues
Menus not showing up at the end of a race in Hardware Mode.
- Status: Active
- Type: Major
- Description: This is actually somewhat gamebreaking in GSdx Hardware Mode. Basically after you finish a race, you get a bunch of Menus, but these are not visible in GSdx Hardware Mode. This basically prevents you from moving on until you switch to Software Mode. (Or you get lucky pressing random buttons..... but there's a bunch of Menus you have to pass after each race).
- Workaround: Switch to Software Mode by pressing F9 to temporarily view the Menus, or play in Software Mode the entire time to never run into this issue.
