Native game seems to run at a variable framerate, tested EE cyclerate +2 and game appears to be running at framerate cap with no issues (ill need to check fmvs at some point). Tested in SW mode with all flags enabled and 6 rendering threads, speedhacks at preset 3 and no manual game fixes. | |||
