::Regardless of this is the forums or not, you are still hosted by the official PCSX2 website. If we have rules in one place and different/no rules in another, we are going to come across hypocritical.  The first thing users are going to do is come here, see there's an EmuCR link which "might" fix their issue, then come to the forums asking why it's not working; We don't want that.
