I uploaded the icons for progressive and interlaced. We can alawys change/improve on the icons later.
According to the wiki there are games that have progressive scan only for the NTSC regions, but there are no games that only have progressive scan for the PAL regions. So we can use modify the progressive icon to show that it's only available to the NTSC version of the game.
