Undo revision 109796 by TheTechnician27 (talk). My bad; this won't be implemented because it breaks shadows.
(Skipdraw is not a workaround.)

|Workaround=This will be fixed automatically in the near future via the GameDB. For the time being, setting Half Pixel Offset to 'Align to Native' fixes this issue in Tenkaichi 2 and 3.
|Workaround=There's two ways to fix it in Hardware. One is to use the '''Half-Pixel Offset: Normal (Vertex)''' option -- it will correct other misaligned effects as well, though it will cause minor discolorations on the left edge and the outlines are still a little off. Alternatively, use '''Half-Pixel Offset: Special (Texture)''' along with '''Texture Offsets''' of 300/500 in the per-game settings. This will give you a much more accurate outline alignment.
* If you include a '''Skipdraw''' value of 28,28 you will additionally be able to remove a single filter effect that causes ghosting near the middle portion of the screen for extra clarity.
