== Issue Template and Serial Redirects ==
Hi again, Ngng. I went ahead and changed the issue template to create two new optional parameters: 'FirstTestedOn' and 'LastTestedOn'. These allow the user to say what version they first tested on, and it allows subsequent users who test the issue to say when the issue was last tested. This gives us useful information both about how old the issue may be as well as if the issue needs to be tested again. I also think it could be a good idea to allow users to add their username to the issue, as even though it's present in the edit history, it may make communication about these issues easier if it's immediately obvious who created the issue. However, I saw the former two as more pressing for the usefulness of the issue template.
Additionally, I was hoping to talk to you about the serial redirects I was working on a few weeks ago. As I noted, the use case I was targeting was not people manually copy-pasting serials into the search bar, although that would be nice to have. Rather, I was hoping that it would make it trivial to automate linking to the wiki. For example, currently in PCSX2, if you right-click on a game in your game list, you can see properties, etc. My hope was also that the PCSX2 interface could have automated, per-game links to the wiki. For instance, if I right-clicked ''Secret Agent Clank'' on my game list, there could be a clickable link to the wiki which is generated as https://wiki.pcsx2.net/SCUS-97623. I seriously think having the wiki present in the PCSX2 UI could both make it serve as a much more easily accessible resource as well as revitalize contributions to the wiki. The 'https://wiki.pcsx2.net/' is simply a fixed string, and from there, we already read in the unique serial number from the game, so linking automatically would be trivialized. I understand your concern that it'd be a big project, but I'd have no problem taking it on, and it wouldn't have to be completed all at once to be useful.
