The PAL version does not have this issue and runs at a contant 50 fps most of the time with occasional dips here and there (mostly when something blows up). The sound could use some work as it sometimes plays out of only one ear. The enviromental textures are very flickery. The game is also buggy. Not sure if it's also buggy on the ps2 or if it's only a pcsx2 issue. BIOS USA V2.30 was used.
