Game description: Evolution was an updated version of Virtua Fighter 4. The game introduced two new characters and adjusted every other character as well.

Comments:

  • 50-60/60 FPS without hacks.
  • 58-60/60 FPS with recommended hacks and EE cyclerate (3) which doesn't seem to cause trouble.
