:You can link to any H1, H2 or H3 sections with or without TOC by adding #Section_Name at the end of the page link (albeit it's more of a hassle without TOC I agree). Even when I make a small TOC it will not appear on every page automatically and should be added to those pages need it. If you want it so much, you can speed it up by finding a smaller closed-by-default TOC somewhere on the internet and add it yourself (I'll check it later). --[[User:Ngng|Ngng]] ([[User talk:Ngng|talk]]) 06:38, 7 December 2015 (UTC) | |||
