:We could definitely use both variants! I too think b&w simple icons will look better downsized inside the infobox. Could you upload them on the wiki as well?
:As for other icons of the set, the folks suggested CPU-heavy, GPU-heavy games and/or may be the "perfectly emulated" icon (award). But I really have no idea what would be the difference between HW/SW rendering and GPU/CPU heavy icons. It was hard enough to draw HW/SW...
:Additionally I suggested earlier "smoothly upscaled game" icon (in other words "HD graphics now!").
