:The only norm is trying not to upload the copyrighted images (since we obviously do not have the permission for that). It's not that big of a crime but one day it may backfire if original owner will ask to take those images down (miniscule chance for that, but still...). Wikipedia among other similar sites have its images in public domain, so they are safe. Oh, and keep the images names informative (for ex. 123.jpg is not a good name).
:Additionally I wouldn't worry about bots. I do not set them up, it's not that easy. I write those bastards from the ground up specifically for one task, so bots can't just be found on the Internet... --[[User:Ngng|Ngng]] ([[User talk:Ngng|talk]]) 06:12, 22 February 2015 (UTC)
