:: Joder666, make sure you follow the guidelines and use the <nowiki><small></nowiki> tag. They're most certainly not small for big screens. I'm on an average screen size/resolution (24"/1080p) and they're perfectly readable.

Revision as of 20:51, 25 February 2015

Please don't add linebreaks at the beginning of the serials. I noticed on multiple pages that you're adding a <br> at the beginning of the serial. Follow the format we've always been doing. Only use it when there's multiple lines. And if there's a Special Edition, just make it between <small> tags.

Example

SLUS-10000<br/>SLUS-10001<br/>SLUS-10010 <small>(Special Edition)</small>

Result

SLUS-10000
SLUS-10001
SLUS-10010 (Special Edition)

May i ask why?

I've been doing yes, in the same case you explain, when there are multiple lines or some sort of especial edition, and to make it more readable. Plus <small> it's just too small and i wanted to avoid using <small><b>, and is easier/faster than adding spaces.

Anyways please if possible add a new page or update the 'how to contribute' page with some sort of guidance in the proper manner to formatting information on this wiki.

Even in the How To Contrib page it states to use
|CRCsNTSCU = 04F9D87F<br/>ABC12345
Same for serials. And that's the reason why. We've always been doing it this way. And another reason is that when you add <br> at the beginning of the serials/CRC entry, it makes it look out of place in the table. <small> looks fine to me. And if it's really going to become an issue we can always leave the <small> part away. Anyways, we can ask ng about it, that'd be the best option. I'll copy this stuff to his talk page. -- Ryudo (talk) 12:14, 25 February 2015 (UTC)

Don't need to so defensive about a humble question man, i am here to help as well.

Now with that out of the way, what you showed me is actually better except for the small tag, trust me on this one is too small especially for big screens. Also you'll find some of the pages don't fallow the same formating as show on the how to contribute page, Ng bot going crazy, missing info, etc.

Thanks for responding and if you have any other concern please don't hesitate and let know.
