Wild Arms Offset will obscure the 3D section of a scene. Skipdraw creates more bugs, but solves none. In hardware mode, text ingame is slightly bugged. Set Emulation settings -> VUs -> Clamping Mode on Extra. Set OpenGL CRC Hack Level to "Partial(OpenGL Recommended)". |

Known Issues
Several license tests fail at the start
- Status: Active
- Type: Major
- Description: License tests on Test Course, Circle Course and several other special courses fail because the starting position is off-track. License tests on regular racing tracks can be played.
- Workaround: No known workaround.
Screen obscured after starting an event.
- Status: Active
- Type: Major
- Description: In hardware mode, the screen is close to completely obscured by garbage.
- Workaround: This has been fixed if Renderer(in Config > Video(GS) > Plugin Settings menu) is set to "OpenGL (Hardware)" and CRC Hack Level is set to "Partial (OpenGL Recommended)" in recent GIT revisions as of May 2016. For older version go the ingame options menu and set brightness to 0. Or set the Renderer to any of the software modes.
Bike shadows are bugged
- Status: Active
- Type: Minor
- Description: In hardware mode, shadows appear stretched out way too far.
- Workaround: Go to Config > Video(GS) > Plugin Settings and set Renderer to "OpenGL (Hardware)" and turn on Hardware Depth to reduce the impact of the bug. Or set the Renderer to any of the software modes avoid the issue altogether.
Several license test demonstrations fail at the start
- Status: Active
- Type: Serious
- Description: Demonstrations of license tests on Test Course, Circle Course and several other special courses fail because the starting position is off-track. Demonstrations of license tests on regular racing tracks can be played.
- Workaround: Set Clamping Mode to Full in the EE/IOP tab of the Emulation Settings menu.
Grey bars accross the screen in replays/crash cam
- Status: Active
- Type: Minor
- Description: In hardware mode, a number of vertical, grey bars appear in the crash cam and frequently during replays.
- Workaround: No known workaround in hardware mode, use software mode if you want to avoid it.
License test failure screen graphical errors
- Status: Active
- Type: Minor
- Description: License test failure screen is bugged in hardware mode, the screen should turn black&white, but instead stays in color and shows garbage data onscreen.
- Workaround: Go to Config > Video(GS) > Plugin Settings and set Renderer to "OpenGL (Hardware)" and CRC Hack Level to "Partial (OpenGL Recommended)" to remove graphical garbage. For Direct3D Renderers set CRC Hack Level to "Full (Safest)" to keep garbage from covering the whole screen. Set Renderer to any of the software modes avoid the garbage data and have the screen show the correct black & white effect.
- Type: Note (not an issue)
- Description: Ingame/menu text is bugged, with some letters stretching to outside the screen.
- Workaround: Go to Emulation settings -> VUs, and set Clamping Mode to Extra (VU0 on Interpreter also works). Or use software mode.
