PC specs used to test the game:

CPU:	Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5400 (3.6GHz)
GPU:	9600GT

Comments: 60FPS with VU cycle stealing but it costs smoothness.

Type: Note (not an issue)
Description: Game freezes at approximately 50% loaded on the first loading screen.
Workaround: Disable MTVU Speed Hack
