Game description: The player assumes the role of Ghost Team leader, Captain Scott Mitchell, leading a team of Special Forces operatives (the "ghosts") on a mission to North Korea amidst turmoils after General Jung Chong-sun coup to the Government.
The PlayStation 2 and GameCube release is a prequel to the Xbox version with entirely different plot. It is also peripherally connected to the plot of Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.
