Game description: No grandstands, no checkered flag--Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero is just pure head-to-head competition. Race through the streets of Tokyo at up to 200 miles an hour and challenge other racers to winner-take-all competitions. As you gain victories, you can customize your car with over 125 parts, new paint jobs, and stickers. You'll need a finely tuned machine, plus quick reflexes, and nerves of steel if you want to become Emperor of the Highway.
Part of the Shutokou Battle series, is set between Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2 and Tokyo Xtreme Racer 3, and has enhanced sound and graphics.

The game crashes after the intro video, but smart use of gs output disabler and savestates you can actually avoid the problem and try the game out. Game menus are severely broken. In-game car texture is broken with native resolution (2x or higher needed) and with GSdx software-mode. Software-modes back mirror has sever ghosting. Garage car texture remains good regardles of settings.

[SPU2-X]: Issue with in-game music balance, only heard from the right speaker (sound effects are fine). Setting changes don't fix this, doesn't seem to be an audio driver issue either. Besides audio, the game runs a very smooth 60 FPS with no glitches ([Nitpick]: Speed King and White Charisma's intros flash grey, instead of the inverted colours with their names in black). SydEffX

Audio issues finally fixed (Not sure what revision when they were fixed). FMVs don't display when using Direct3D9 HW (Use software or 3D11). Torque/horsepower graphs have lines when upscaled; HW hacks don't fix this. When using Hardware renderers, Speed King's/White Charisma's/???'s intros still don't display properly; screen turns grey when there should be a white inverted filter. Runs near perfect otherwise.
