Game description: Charlie Croker and his gang are left for dead in Venice after being double-crossed during one of the biggest gold heists ever. You must take on the role of Charlie and his gang members in their quest for revenge and the gold. Based on the film, The Italian Job's story mode challenges you to create the largest traffic jam in LA history, and then escape in supercharged Mini Coopers. Master four other action-packed modes, including stunt driving, circuit racing, and multiplayer modes for up to two players.
Test configurations on Windows:
|NTSC-U||Windows 7 64-Bit||
||1.2.1 r5873||GSdx 10 (Hardware)0.1.16 r5875||
||Game works, however there is a slight problem. The game will drop in frame rate from 60FPs to 40-45FPS almost at random. For best results be sure to upscale by at least 4X native resolution, as upscaling does not make the FPS drop worse.||Zrooney|
|NTSC-U||Windows 10 x64 (Build 14393)||
||1.4.0 2016-01-05||GSdx 1.0.0 2016-01-05||
||BIOS: USA v2.20 (10/02/2006)
Playable but highly inconsistent framerates. Upscaling highlights nice graphics features such as detailed reflections. Settings: D3D11, allow 8-bit textures, 5x native, bilinear (PS2), CRC full (safest), EEC 0, VUCS 0
Random FPS drop
- Type: Note (not an issue)
- Description: The FPS drop tends to happen more frequently when you are around other racers, but it sometimes happens when you are just driving. Changing rendering modes (software, hardware, GSDX9/10) does not help, even setting the game to native resolution does nothing.
- Workaround: Non that I have found. Just work through it.
