Playing on a Low end notebook. Menus, Cut-Scenes and Gameplay in gerenal are capped at 60 FPs.

•NOTE• Playing with 2 + players don't impact in the performance at all. Dx9 is required to play this game with no glitches. DX11 have some missing text issues and OpenGL doesn't render it correctly
