Test configuration on Windows: PCSX2 version: PCSX2 0.9.7.3113 Graphics by GSDX: 3068 Sound by SPU2-X: 3117

Comments: VU Stealing 3 to run everything at full speed with no side effects. Limiter at normal so the 2d parts don't go up to 120fps.


PC specs used to test the game: CPU: Q6600 @ 2.4 (stock) GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT
