BIOS: USA 2.30; Default settings along with: MTVU; VU Cycle Stealing - 3; Runs at 55-60 FPS native resolution outside of a few areas like Raftfleet. 2x resolution increases this slowdown slightly but otherwise runs at 55-60 FPS. Infrequent amount of lag in battle. Enabling Widescreen Hack seems to make this more noticeable or worse. Running at anything higher than native resolution causes a white line to appear in text boxes, but otherwise is perfect. Able to 100% complete this game. OneBigSpud
