1.4.0 GSdx (2016-Jan-05) SPU2-X (2015-Dec-31) Game runs great, but you absolutely cannot drive. See this video for what it looks like. I've also tried the game with EE Timing Hack enabled, as well as with different ranges on the EE Cyclerate slider. It seems to perform better with that set to one, but its still unplayable.
