Known Issues
Game freezes at the start of the first mission
- Status: Active
- Type: Major
- Description: After the first cutscene, when Spider-Man jumps through the window to start the mission, the game freezes completely.
- Workaround: Go to Config > Memory cards, click on each non grayed out memory card followed by a click on "Eject". Then reboot the game. It should now start the level without issues.
Endless loading screen after completing the first mission
- Status: Active
- Type: Major
- Description: When you complete the first mission, you'll eventually get to a loading screen. The game still seems to be responsive, but instead of advancing, it's stuck permanently loading.
- Workaround: There's no known workaround.
