Comments: Do NOT enable EE Cyclerate hack, DO enable VU Cycle Stealing it is a MASSIVE speedup. Game slows down to single-digit FPS on *actual hardware* so if your sound doesn't slow down, it's probably running at full speed. If you don't use software mode and you see many lines that look like interlacing, you may want to adjust "Skipdraw" under advanced. Hack comments: EE Cyclerate 0, VU Cycle Stealing 3, INTC Spin Detection, Wait Loop Detection, mVU Flag Hack and MTVU.

PC specs used to test the game:

CPU: i7 870 @ 2.93GHz (stock)
GPU: GTX 260

Comments: Runs at least as fast as actual hardware constantly.
