Test configuration on Windows:

PCSX2 version: 1.3.0-20140720220702 (Git) a.k.a. 1.2.1-329-g8a43789
Graphics by GSdx: 20140720220702 (MSVC 18.00m SSE2) 0.1.16
Sound by SPU2-X: 20140720220702 2.0.0
Pad plugin is LilyPad: 20140720220702 0.11.0
DVD plugin is cdvdGigaherz: 20140720220702ll 0.9.0
BIOS version: USA 02.30 (20-02-2008)

Comments: Works almost 100% in any software mode, still with some graphical bugs. Doesn't work in hardware mode, as soon as you come to the hostpital and the first real dark room, the flashlight produces graphical glitches and is unplayable. Allowing 8-Bit textures makes no difference. Audio works in any mode and the FPS is always max with DX11 + 4x native + Shade Boost + FXAA + Texture Filtering (filled checkbox) + MSAA x8 + Anisotropic x16 OR any software mode with 5 extra threads (for 6-cores). Other HW hacks like Skipdraw destroy the atmosphere or doesn't change anything at all. And in software mode it looks unbelievable crappy, you might get eye cancer from it. For me it's not playable at all with the freshest Git/SVN Build from Summer 2014.
