Download "_patch+FXAA.zip" and only copy the "shader.fx" file into your PCSX2 root, the included patch is not needed. Now toggle "Enable FX Shader" in GSdx settings, works with DX9 and DX11. It looks much better than the internal FXAA from PCSX2 or any other AA shader I found. If you like to get rid of the most jagged edges, the shader from KrossX is superior compared to "PCSX2Fx 2.00 DX10" or "Asmodean's FXAA", "Guest AA 2o Daisy or Undaisy", "SMAA from mrhaandi" or, as I said, the internal FXAA. The latter can be used atop of KrossX's shader, but I didn't liked it, blurs too much. But compare the arms of the main character and you will see, it's the best you can get right now. But only until the hardware mode works with SHO.

Comments: Works almost 100% in any software mode with full FPS. Doesn't work in hardware mode, as soon as you come to the hospital and the first real dark room, the flashlight produces graphical glitches and is unplayable. Allowing 8-Bit textures makes no difference. Audio works in any mode and the FPS is always max with DX11 + 4x native + Shade Boost + FXAA + Texture Filtering (filled checkbox) + MSAA x8 + Anisotropic x16 OR any software mode with 5 extra threads (for 6-cores). Other HW hacks like Skipdraw destroy the atmosphere or doesn't change anything at all. And in software mode it looks unbelievable crappy, you might get eye cancer from it (remember, it's the real resolution from PS2). With HW it looks fantastic, like PS3 or better, but it's not playable. ;)

But you can enhance the picture (software mode) and the best solution I found is the custom FXAA shader from KrossX: http://www.mediafire.com/krossx#ste5pa5ijfa0o Download "_patch+FXAA.zip" and only copy the "shader.fx" file into your PCSX2 root, the included patch is not needed. Now toggle "Enable FX Shader" in GSdx settings, works with DX9 and DX11. It looks much better than the internal FXAA from PCSX2 or any other AA shader I found.
