Known Issues

Broken textures

  • Status: Active
  • Type: Minor
  • Description: Garbage textures until you stand close to objects due to GDSX not supporting mip-mapping in hardware mode.
  • Workaround: Run the game in software mode (F9), this however will cause a considerable speed hit. To minimize the speed hit, set "Extra rendering threads" to one less than the number of CPU cores that you have.

Notes

  • In the SVN version 5280 running the game in Software Mode results in an almost fully playable experience. Some areas might have a lower framerate than others and at times shadows may act wierd but other than that it is possible to play at 60 framerates per seconds with few graphical glitches.
