The sequel to [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PaRappa_the_Rapper PaRappa the Rapper]. This game features a storyline in which all of the foods in PaRappa's town are turning into noodles. This is because of the evil "Noodle Syndicate". PaRappa and his friends must rap in order to beat this evil corporation and restore all of the town's foods.
This time, Parappa won a 100 year supply of noodle products. He liked it at first but later got sick of it. His love, Sunny Funny, friendly mocked him by calling him a baby for refusing to eat noodles and he started to question his maturity. But he then noticed something: everything in his town is turning into noodles! Including food! It's now his job to be a grown up and save the day.<br />

|Comments=Game works as it should besides Cool mode dropping the game's frame rate in only Stage 1 for an unknown reason, as well as mipmapping being broken in the VS mode for every song (which is fixable, but breaks Stage 6's sprites if done).

|Description=The blur effects are being offset during upscaling, resulting in the effect not working properly.
|Workaround=In the latest dev build, turn off Half Pixel Offset, change Round Sprite to Full, and turn on Align Sprite and Wild Arms Hack. In versions prior to 1.7, go to Config > Graphics Settings > Hacks and set Texture Offsets according to your resolution scale below.

{{Issue
|IssueName=Mipmapping issues
|IsFixed=1
|IssueLevel=0
|Description=Many mipmap issues are present, for example the background fog in the multiplayer mode doesn't work.
|Workaround=Go to Config > Graphics Settings > Renderer, set Mipmapping to Full, then go to Hacks and set Trilinear Filtering to Ultra. Do note that this may break Stage 6's sprites and only corrects some cases. Or use Software renderer in nightly build. Fixed on v1.7.3939

|IssueLevel=1
|Description=Objects sometimes get in the way of lyrics.
|Description=A black box appears at the top left of the screen in both HW and SW modes
|Workaround=Go to Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings, set Renderer to "OpenGL (Hardware)" and make sure Hardware Depth/Depth Emulation is enabled, or set Renderer to any of the "(Software)" options. A different issue will appear in the top left corner of the screen. However, this is a very minor issue that does not get in front of the lyrics.
|Workaround=This issue is fixed in 1.7.0. For older builds, the "Disable Depth Emulation" HW hack can be used but will cause additional graphical issues.

|Workaround=Play on an older version of PCSX2. Fixed in the latest 1.7 dev build.

|Workaround=There's no known solution.
|Workaround=In older versions of PCSX2 (before 1.7.0) go to Config > Video (GS) > Plugin Settings, set internal resolution to native. In newer versions (1.7.0 and after) this issue has been fixed. (Note: the HW hack disable safe features uses the upscaling from older versions making the issue appear again)
