::So is it an IP ban, too? If so, is he using a proxy? If so, we could try blocking all of the proxy IPs listed at proxy.org - I imagine that's what he would try to be using if he was a human. If it is a bot, I did also notice that the time between account creation and creating the spam is about 10-30 minutes, so if an article with the weird capitalization I mentioned is created in the first hour after an account is created, it could be blocked? We could also try blocking any link posted by the spammer and prevent any changes (including new article creation) if that link is posted.
