The sequel to Rockstar's sinister action game about a man who wakes up in a living nightmare where he is being stalked for sport and must sneak through the shadows and kill by whatever means he can devise in order to fight his way out. The sequel picks up with a new lead character, new gangs, a new storyline with gruesome twists and turns, and much more.

  • The game sets to widescreen when it is prompted by the 16:9 ratio setting in the PS2 internal menu.

Known Issues

Broken screen noise effect

  • Status: Active
  • Type: Minor
  • Description: Screen noise effect is completely broken on Hardware mode which results in only very small amount being shown as a horizontal transparent blue rectangle with this effect in the left upper corner during gameplay.
  • Workaround: Set renderer to "Software mode" in Config > Graphics Settings.

Incorrect shadows

  • Status: Active
  • Type: Minor
  • Description: Shadows around characters or certain objects sometimes appear as rectangles in Hardware mode.
  • Workaround: Set renderer to "Software mode" in Config > Graphics Settings.

Broken lighting

  • Status: Active
  • Type: Minor
  • Description: Lighting doesn't work properly in Hardware mode and the game appears to be much more darker in some places even when standing near any light sources.
  • Workaround: Set renderer to "Software mode" in Config > Graphics Settings or use this PCSX2 build with "Pre-Round Sprite hack" option.
