|Comments=Game runs at around 45-60 FPS. EE Cyclerate and VU Cycle Stealing set to 0, all other speedhacks enabled. Skipdraw set to 2, otherwise there are yellow streaks on the screen. Direct3D11 (HW) runs decently, but has several issues with textures not appearing properly. Direct3D9 (HW) results in a black screen. Software renderers fix graphical issues, but run slowly. Vehicle crashing cinematics result in severe frame drops, but software renderers run faster during these moments. Disabling framelimiter can cause some issues such as the game freezing and songs not playing. Changing the VU Round Mode also messes with the camera angles for some reason.
