USA v2.20(10/02/2006), EE/VU Rounding: Chop/Zero, FPU Negative Div Hack, Solid 60FPS. no dips whatsoever. that was with DX11(Hardware) + Original PS2 Resolution., Using DX11(Hardware) + D3D internal resolution 1360x768 or higher will cause explosions to lag pretty badly.
