Graphically it looks correct, sound comes out fine but I couldn't play any of the charts because PCSX2 doesn't support the special keyboard that came with the game. I assume this games uses the same engine as GuitarFreaks and DurmMania so I don't think it will be hard to implement though you can't change to evdev in portable PCSX2 Linux, I hope it gets support in the windows version at the very least.
