Comments:
- MTVU causes various graphical glitches, leave disabled
- Other speedhacks are safe
- EE cyclerate set to 2 provides good speedup
- Enable manual gamefix to switch GSdx to software rendering during FMVs to get rid of flickering video
- Runs perfect otherwise
