*Fix for reflections/semi-transparent images covering the screen: Set "Skip Draw" to 3 under hardware hacks to remove the bad effect.  Causes a couple minor rendering issues but fixes the larger problem. Recommend using the smallest number that works as the higher the setting the more rendering errors occur. Tested in Build 5791
