Game description: Play as Carl Johnson (CJ) in the state of San Andreas, as you and your gang (Grove Street Families) try to ascend to fame and wealth. Unfortunately, some members of the "families" sell out the gang to corrupt cops, and you must deal with this problem. This game is the best-selling game for the PlayStation 2, having sold 17.33 million copies by February 2009.

- Status: Active
- Type: Serious
- Description: Reflections and/or semi-transparent images can cover the screen at random.
- Workaround: Set Skip Draw to 3 under HW Hacks to remove the effect. This causes a couple minor rendering issues but fixes the larger problem. For the PAL version, use Shadeboost to set the Brightness to ~85.
