Runs above full speed in single player mode. Changing settings for "EE Cyclerate" and "VU Cycle Stealing" are only needed for multiplayer mode. On some menus with a lot of text, FPS may drop under 40. Then, enabling "Allow 8-Bit Textures" may help with that.
